Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, your order is generally delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier availability.
Please note that deliveries to remote locations or during festivals, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Any promotional free shipping offers will also be reflected at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can monitor your package until it reaches you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
To ensure faster processing and reduce unnecessary cancellations, VNB Lab accepts prepaid orders only through secure payment methods.
